We're delighted to announce that we are EXPANDING! Due to our continued success and customer demand we are increasing the locations we are now able to serve.
To all of our loyal customers please don’t panic, we’re not going anywhere! We will still be serving our current areas and will continue to be the number one agent of choice throughout CF38 and surrounding areas, but we are delighted to now be able to offer more customers our award winning services.
We are thrilled to announce that alongside our current areas we will now be serving all locations from Abercynon to Aberdare, meaning anyone with a CF45 or CF44 postcode can now consider Dylan Davies as their estate agent of choice!
We are extremely proud and excited to continue our journey into these areas and have some fantastic introductory offers to welcome our new customers.
Our property experts already have extensive property knowledge in these locations, and we're excited to finally be able to serve them on a more permanent basis. Our Branch manager Jenna was born and grew up in Abercynon, and now lives in Aberdare, so is perfectly placed to head up our expansion into these areas.
Our flagship branch situated in Church Village is conveniently located in the middle between Cardiff and Aberdare, which provides us with the unique ability to serve not only people who already live in these areas but also people wishing to move into the valleys from Cardiff and over the bridge.
We have seen a huge demand from buyers moving from further afield and feel we are now in a perfect position to serve everyone; we continuously have clients moving from the Pontypridd area into the Aberdare area, and Aberdare clients moving to Pontypridd and closer to Cardiff... so we are now thrilled to be able to cover all of these locations to hopefully streamline and improve the moving experience for everyone!
